I have celiacs and hashimoto's. I changed my diet over 10 years ago. I take no medications for low thyroid. My diet kept it control. I have some antibodies but not super high. I also have compound mthfr. I have multiple chemical sensitivity. I have problems with my gallbladder and liver. My gallbladder looks normal on ultrasound. I have tried low carb, keto and carnivore diet but made my symptoms worse most likely due to my gallbladder not working. I do better on Paleo diet. I stay off all grains, dairy and some nightshade. I struggle with IBS-C. I have childhood trauma and am Codependent. I have ear ringing that gets louder with inflammation. I am trying progesterone as I am in menopause. I have more tons of celiacs genes and mthfr 677/1298.

Start with the least invasive tool for diagnosis, so start with an autoimmune blood panel. I believe it covers Lupus, Hashimotos, MTHR, MAST, Celiac, MS and a few more. Also rule out Lyme disease, Mold toxicity and parasites. Ask me how I know.

I also have both celiac and Hashimotos. I am having some new weird symptoms. Experiencing numbness and tingling on my limbs and head. Have you experienced those symptoms? Just curious
