Took me 35 mins of trying to buy before I quit. Took a quick ride and noticed bodega put out a tweet saying Apple Pay worked… I hopped on and copped immediately! Very happy can’t wait to have in hand!

Been wanting the grey jjjound 992s but that resale price is ridiculous 😭 these give me similar vibes I’m glad to own them for a fraction of that cost lol great review yet again!
Not cheap, but you are definitely getting superb value for money. The Bodega name is definitely adding a few dollars to the price, but I would imagine that carbon fiber shank plate - which I don't think has ever featured in the 990 series before - is definitely the main reason for the price. Color blocking is amazing!

Payment issues happened to a lot of us. You should have stayed in cart and kept trying (don’t know if you gave up too early). I was able to check out 44 minutes after the drop. Got the error 6 times and switched between 2 payment methods. Very stressful!

When my crypto investment takes off, I'm copping everything I missed or took an L on. The release for the shoe were a disappointment, but I can't get mad at Bodega because I've hit on previous releases, and their store brand collection hoodies are top notch in the quality department. I found these to run small compared to 2002rs. But I have an extremely wide feet because I am flat footed and have barely any arch. It might be too late but if you are wide footed it’s possible to go up half a size from tts. Or stay tts and take out the insoles and replace with something less bulky. I think the width is super narrow because the tongue is very thick and I have the same problem with sb dunk lows even though I am usually tts in highs or regular dunks.
