Idk if you got this tearm but what it means is, everybody is just focused on their own, and in the little sphere of poeple there doing okay but they dont care that much about other poeple when they having issues. I grew up with neigbours we talked to and cared kinda for. Surely it depends on your neigbours aswell, but overall i think poeple dont do it that much anymore.
