Just started getting into scratching these past few months, got a few bits over christmas! One thing that I found hard about getting into it was first practice time and secondly how much variance there is in scratch culture and how overwhelming it is! So hyped that I found your channel at such a good time! I just learnt what beat loopers are thanks to your first episode, now i have more to play with :) Hope to see more regular videos and i love how informative you are which is great for someone like me who is quite new to all this! A happy new subscriber, great filmin and sound! no complaint only sanctification
SUPER DOPE ENJOYED THAT SCRATCH BREAK WITH THE HAK 360 IVE ALWAYS WANTED THAT MIXER TOO IM GETTING ONE SOON EXACTLY WAT I WAS LOOKING FOR ...PEACE FROM THE 210 ✌
This is dope! I would like a casey neistat vlog and doing a cutting session every episode. Inspiring. Thanks man, hope you had a good merry christmas. Rogue One was the ish!
That hak looks and sounds amazing. Honestly bro you have many talents. You remind me of myself when I was younger. Don't second guess yourself like I did. Move forward with your goals. Keep your vlogs honest, interesting and original.
Hitnrun69ify learn the basics first...Chirps, stabs and transforms. Once you get comfortable with those combine them and learn to double time between them all. You can kill the game by mastering those basic scratches!!
Diggin these scratch vlogs! And what kind of DJ doesn't get side tracked at Guitar Center? It's our birth right haha! Keep up the good work as always 👌
I had a HAK 380 and was more than happy getting rid of it :D Btw.: Whats the point of recording a video series like the "scratch crate" in 4k? Would love some more portable scratch videos in some cool locations, maybe then the extra effort with 4k would make more sense. Seems like a pain in the ass with more cons than pros to me ;) Just my two cents. Love your videos. Freedy.. Swiftstyle... Garcia! Keep them coming!
Beats&Wheels Thanks for the feedback and your support! Recording & editing in 4k isnt that much of a pain with the proper tools but storage is another subject lol. The way I see it is im future proofing these vids. Most 4k tvs these days come with a youtube app installed and since the price of those things have finally came down I feel a lot better offering high quality. Remeber when everyone got a HDTV but there where only a few channels to watch content from? Well i just so happen to be one of those channels. Whats crazy is in the video work world 4k is the new 1080p lol dudes are steady recording in 6k and now 8k. More 4k Portable stuff coming soon!! ✌
Swiftstyle I don`t think its a bad mixer at all. Although I still think the build quality is not that great, besides the super smooth fader. I bought a Rane 57 and wasnt really using it anymore after that.
Swiftstyle People are really going bananas with the 6k and 8k stuff! Its cool if you can afford a camera that can record in such a high quality and a computer which can handle it. But in the end everyone is downscaling the footage in order to be able to edit. To my knowledge neither final cut nor premiere pro can handle 8k footage (not sure about 6k). But I understand what you are saying. 4k will be the new standard in the near future. Allways better to be ahead of the game ;)
