A family-run, award-winning bakery that specialises in rye bread as well as delicious cheesecakes, cakes, and pastries. With origins in the Baltics and Russia, recipes are handed down from generation to generation, their focus lies in natural, high-quality ingredients and traditional methods to create healthy and delicious baked goods. We had the chocolate cheesecake which was delicious, the vanilla cheesecake centre was deliciously creamy and not overly sweet, which complimented the rich chocolate cake topping and chocolate biscuit base.
