For leaders, if you feel that you are pulling or also losing the connection from your partner often, then this magnet connection exercise will also help you develop better leading skills!
On the dance floor you should feel like you are both connected, not pushing or pulling. Connected in a way that you are both in sync, and this light resistance and magnetic energy feeling remains throughout.
