@@joseluisjimenez8045 Yes!! It was very impressive to see the train in person. The sound of the train shaking through your body is a feeling like no other. Hello from Chicago, IL. And Merry Christmas!!
The potential that steam trains have on hauling is crazy compared to a diesel engine. But I do understand that with the way the world is on protecting the environment. They are awesome to see though.
@m3rkinfiniteofwgkta "Atlas shrugged" by Ayn Rand. Part of it involves old steam locomotives replacing modern diesel locomotives because the railroad would not repair modern equipment or tracks. But kept increasing their pay and graft to the government. Ayn Rand lived thru the Russian Revolution, disturbing to read.
That’s why we keep building submarines so we don’t lose the technology. The diesel engine replaced the steam engine and the nuclear power plant replaced the diesel engine.
New sub! I love your video, I caught the big boy in North Bend to Fremont to Elkhorn, Nebraska, Labor Day weekend! It’s on my channel if you care to check it out. Have a great day!
Thanks 😊
Impresionante la imagen y el sonido, verlo en primera persona tiene que ser tremendo, saludos desde Sevilla.
