My trailer (Teardrop camper) fits in my garage OK but where I see this kit as a benefit would be security. You can fold the tongue away while at camp and use some Pewag Square Security Chain to secure it in place.
Nice video, looking at adding a boat to my garage today and it does not have the folding tongue, thought I was going to have to do some welding to make a swing tobgue, nice to see that I don't.
I'm sure that is the normal installation procedure, but doing it that way would of added a few more inches of required storage space that I couldn't affoard. I only have about 2 inches of clearance with the tongue folded to shut the garage door. Where the jack is now actually worked out really well!

Did a couple years back , it's easy to install, work fantastic.

You should have mounted the landing gear first then cut in front of that to put the swing arm
