In my opinion, one of the most underrated channels on RUclips. I absolutely love these videos! I live on a farm so this is what I get to do almost daily and watching other people enjoy nature and enjoy things the way y'all do, I can't stop watching these guys
XJ is a legendary rig, let's be real. We got some insanely mad modified XJs here in Sweden that just pull off everything without any problems whatsoever.
Watch 4WD Adventure Crew on the Tube... Out of Sacramento CA. They all have XJs... Seriously good wheeling. These guys kill it as a whole group... Peace...Better as they wheel on.
Shaun your channel has become my favorite in the last few weeks, I've been binging your videos since... Great quality, and so entertaining. I live on the other side of the country and have never visited BC, and now I want to visit sooooo much. You live in such a beautiful area. I'm currently searching for a JLU to buy and build for overlanding, not an easy task these days. I hope I can realize that dream soon. In the meantime, you and the others are an inspiration to me! Thanks for sharing!
This is for Unwinding Roads as well ... Dicks Cabin doesn't have windows because in the winter it's buried in snow. Did you notice that ladder going to the roof ... that's how the sledders get inside in the winter.
When I first heard about the gladiator I started looking into them and found this channel when you first got your gladiator. Watching your videos lead me to finally go out and get one. As of this weekend I am now the proud owner of my own new gladiator!!
Looking forward to part two! I have to say, I'm very impressed and that the 4Runner went out with you guys. I have a similar 4Runner, and I wouldn't think it would be able to hang with you guys.
@@ChefJon250 good to know! Gives me hope for mine, haha. Not a lot of off-roading where I live in the Northeast US, but I'm gearing it up to do some longer trips to hit some trails. Sliders and skids were my first mod!

My dad could never figure out why I would take a new vehicle and come back where the only clean spot was where the windshield wipers cleaned 40 years ago. He'd blow a gasket watching you guys.

We have to basically bathe in it often to keep 'em off our faces and neck. You guys look like you had a blast on day 1 EPIC!!!!
That XJ is effing sick! Great episode! I too caught Casey's vlog this weekend. You guys definitely put out great content w quality fun. That being said, eff mosquitoes.
Sean, I made the decision to join your world, and bought a new black Rubicon Gladiator with a manual transmission yesterday! I saved $3500 plus they gave me money to get out of my Honda lease. Now the build starts…
Looking at a Jeep Commander to start overlanding with. I am taller at 6'8" and with two V8 options I could get a powertrain to handle more weight. I have also seen the Jeep Commander's are not as much money as say a Wrangler Unlimited or other Jeeps. What are your thoughts?
I owned one for 100k+. It’s a very big vehicle. Very tall too. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you plan on sleeping inside. Roof top tent would screw that thing up big time. Center of gravity would be in the stratosphere. If you’re just looking to camp and tour it would be nice though. I loved mine and my wife wants to get one. Good luck if you pick it up 👍.
