I agree. I don't like how memey this album is. "Van Weezer' isn't even clever. When I recommend it to people, I preface it by saying it seems like a joke but it's a genuinely solid album.

I don’t know which version I like more. What I would do to change this version is to give it double choruses like in the edit because I actually like the opening, the extra lyrics, and album ending better. I never liked the outro in the single because it just felt like a copy and paste.

BUT I think it worked for the bill and ted cut! because thats what was missing from the song and when it comes it i got so teary eyed because it FELT like bill and ted, yeah it was a mechanical cut and paste but it worked in that moment for the movie. But yes outside of that i agree.

I don't understand you guys...How can this Version be BETTER than the first Version? The Chorus at the beginning is missing, instead the first chorus is already the one with the solo in it(no build up to this) and the ending is so "strange" now with the missing second solo.....i delete this version and put the first version on my playlist instead.
