  • Being a child star can be really tough. With so many eyes on them at a very young age, lots of former child stars choose to leave the spotlight once they reach adolescence or adulthood. One such child actor was Angus T. Jones, who you may remember as the chubby-cheeked Jake Harper from Two and a Half Men.
Jones saw great success from his starring role in the smash-hit sitcom, even winning awards for his work. But as he grew up, he started to have qualms about the show he had been on for years as he started to embrace religion. Pretty soon, he had left the show and the public eye altogether. What has he been doing since? We finally know what happened to Angus T. Jones.

This life is short, and fame and money will mean nothing when you die, and we all die. Our path to God is a life long journey and tho Angus has side stepped for a while, he will be back as he learns the lies of this world. He is still young and the deceit of this world is very hard to see. Deceit would not be called deceit if it were so easy to detect. He was right to question the show because it really had bad morals and many kids were watching it. You are responsible for your actions if those actions can corrupt the minds of others. Hollywood has a lot to answer for. I wish him all the best on his search for God and hope he does not give up. Peace will come as we persevere and come to understand what this world is about.

I see lots of articles where his story is labeled tragic, but I think his conversion aided him in his escape from addiction. Whether or not you're Christian, Angust T Jones was an inspiration to a lot of young people. He forsook a very well-paying job, because it conflicted with his beliefs.
(I don't think Kirk Cameron was inspirational in the same way, mainly because he didn't leave the job himself. He just got other actors fired.)

Angus was making $350,000 per episode....you can REALLY help a LOT of people with money like that
For instance, Randy Gonzalez just outside Houston was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and his outlook is BAD and he's BEGGED online for the 350,000 he needs to get chemo therapy....Angus could make that in one week.

This is what a lot of people do and probably shouldn’t… and what is it you may ask..?? Well, when we get in to our finding of faith, we get so excited about it that we tend to dive in head first.. Not that it’s a bad thing but, when we do this and try to absorb as much as we can as quick as we can, we try to become a “Holier than art thou” type, and that’s when we burn out… it’s the motivation to learn so much so quick, and walk right beside Jesus that the narrow path becomes blocked.. how we should execute our walk in faith is by being patient in the learning and recognize that we aren’t Jesus like perfect(in reality Jesus himself wasn’t perfect either and this might seem blasphemous to some).. We must “Walk in faith” and not run… Then take the time to learn the right way instead of trying to impress the people with false tongue.. Sometime we do this because we want to get people to look at us with impressed eyes… when we walk in faith people need not know and we sure don’t go and brag about it… our walk alone will let people know…
Be a D.O.G (Disciple Of God) and walk in faith.. Love our God and his son…
Peace and love to the world… 1

It's not a cult and your comment disgusting, you don't have a clue what goes on in that church and the 10% goes to God, that's what requires of us, not that He needs it but to help people not to become selfish and to pay the ministers wages and to help spread the gospel
