i worked at aritzia briefly... the reason behind the sales tactics are because the girls are measured by sales per hour (sph) and every shift your manager briefed you on which girls had the top 3 sphs - it was the biggest fixation for any of the sales associates/stylists. the system wasn't commissioned based (couldn't comment on now) and for the longest time i didn't understand why the girls were all so competitive over sph and it turns out it's because the higher your sph's across your shifts, the more likely you could get more shifts (opportunities to make more money). i don't enjoy the sales approach now and haven't shopped at the store in over 5 years but wanted to provide context
So Classic 🥰 Can you show other brands like Lulu’s, A&F, Tommy, MANGO, Express and Jcrew? I would love to see stuff from those brands that you can style. Thanks!

I hated the communal mirrors too, I tried a few things but ended up walking away without doing eye contact with anybody 😂

I recommend the author pants over the effortless pants! Not as see through and there’s no pleat in the front which I prefer, I feel like pleats in the front adds volume, which made me look like I have a little stomach pouch
