I cooked the viral chicharron & guacamole for my parents lunch | w/ extra veggies on the side!

  • Chicharron & Guacamole
    Guacamole:
    Avocado
    Cucumber (deseeded)
    Tomatoes (deseeded)
    Red Onions
    Lemon Juice
    Salt and Pepper
    Basil Infused Olive Oil
    ________________________
    Crispy Pork
    Garlic
    Ground/Whole Black Pepper
    Paprika
    Salt or Fish Sauce
    Bay leaves/Laurel
    *Make a cut the skin and fat, this will prevent pork belly from curling when fried
    *Boil Pork until fork tender (40-45min)
    *Let it cool (completely dry), best if leave in the fridge for 8hrs or overnight
    *Poke skin with a fork
    *Set Airfryer to “AirFry” | 40-45min | 199°C (this is my setting for Instant Vortex AirFryer)
