I left Montreux on the Chocolate Train. Went to gruyere first for a tour and cheese. Then went to Callier Chocolate factory. Oh my god, the tour went from room to room, like Disneyland. Showing how the chocolate is made. Then you come into the big room and can taste every chocolate they make. I had to step away half way through this long windy table of chocolate to drink some water and dam it I came all this way, I was going to try every piece. Then you come into the store. I bought a suit case full of chocolate to bring home. I did not know Switzerland does not export Cailler chocolate. Best chocolate in the world. Brought back such good memories
