I'm new here maybe a month and I have binged watched dozens of her videos especially late night when I'm not able to sleep due to the severe pain. Hearing her sweet voice telling her stories helps me keep my mind on what she is saying about her history. I love hearing things like that and I hope Pat never stops they are so many people on here that just wants to hurt someone feelings. I think they want everyone to feel like they do that has to be such a sad lonely life to only look forward to trying to make someone feel sad unhappy. Pat please never let the trolls the hateful people stop you from telling your wonderful stories ❤

Thanks for sharing granny pat. I think the recipe for sausage balls is one #sausage and two cups shredded cheese and two cups of bisquick. Therefore, with the extra #of sauaage, you would definitely need more bisquick. Thats why you had so much grease. Im sure they still tasted very good. I love sausage balls so much! Oh granny Pat Iove sausage balls. I used to just roll them by hand until I bought a melon baller. Makes it so much easier. That lil gadget is good for so many things. Watching you now makes me hungry for them. So off to grocer I will go. I just love you. It doesn’t make any sense that someone would say you talk too much they need to meet me. My mother made our ice cream in those silver ice trays. I remember my sister and me wrapping ice cubes in a towel and going n the back steps, we took a hammer and beat that ice into crushed ice. We loved it. We never thought to complain about anything we just figured out how to make what we wanted. I’m 76 Pat so my allowance was 50 cent and my sister older got 1.00. Life was so much better and so peaceful. Back then.

One day I was in a convenient store getting a drink for my granddaughter and I saw this bottle that said bug juice it reminded me of him. He had passed away years ago 😢. I hope you were able to remove the mixer bowl without a problem. The sausage balls would be a great holiday appetizer...after they are cooked stick a toothpick in them put them on a platter. Mmm, sounds good.

Three babies died at birth, blue babies. Fourth child was two years old, died of dysentery. Older brother killed in WW2. My husband’s family lived across the street. He was home from the Coast Guard. They didn’t have a telephone. His stepdad, working out of town, called to see if he had arrived. I was home when he came to my house to take the phone call. And the rest is history.
The bowl is hooked onto a latch underneath. Put your hand in the hole and turn the bowl counterclockwise. You might have to wiggle the bowl with your hand in the hole. If that doesn't work, take both hands on the rim of the bowl and wiggle it back and forth.

Keep in mind - I used 2 lb sausage, one mild, one hot. You should use 2 small pkgs Bisquick and grated block cheese, not packaged shredded cheese.
