    Here are the key takeaways:
    - Recent events in Ukraine led to a significant shift towards gold as a safe haven.
    - Gold prices surged due to increased demand, driven by its role as a quasi-currency, and this trend seems sustainable.
    - Economies with trade surpluses may show more interest in holding gold.
    - The rise in gold demand may be ongoing, suggesting investors should consider adding gold to their portfolios.
    - Sovereign Gold Bonds are seen as the best form of gold ownership for investment purposes.
    - Gold allocation in a portfolio should be adjusted based on one's confidence in gold as an investment without making it a substantial component.

You can purchase SGBs from any commercial bank like SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc., or directly from the RBI Retail Direct website.
Sir, it is better for you to invest in Gold ETFs if you are more comfortable with that option. Always make an investment in an asset class that you understand well and not just on anyone's opinion.
      Best Wishes.
