theyre really good at bad guys its amazing when they play an emotional or ernest character its just like a coin flip with a completely different design you thought wasnt there
Priscilla, Ravenous, Memento, all superb turns. .. Come to think of it, I need to see more of his films, but yes, he always gives 120%. He's the real deal. Talented, humble, studious, generous, sincere.
An amazing actor. Brilliant in EVERYTHING he’s in. However to me he’s always “Mike off of Neighbours” example. “Have you seen that new Prometheus film? Mike off of Neighbours is in it!” Neighbours was HUGE in the UK. Still going now on Channel 5! The BBC didn’t want it anymore so Channel 5 picked it up. Anyway. Guy is a top bloke and makes any movie better.
Was thinking the same thing. Canberra is the last place I’d go to in Australia. Us Melbournians get flack all the time & I just laugh. Get over yourself Canberra
@@v.b6028 I think the one thing that Melbournians and Sydneysiders can agree on is that Canberra is a shitehole..... It's no mistake our Federal Guvment is situated there....

weird thing to think, let alone say, but i can't help thinking as i watch Guy that he must smell great. he looks like he smells of cedar smoke, Dior Fahrenheit, light spearmint and freshly turned earth...
On staying in Adelaide, I can confirm that the Crazy Horse was pretty darn good. One can easily find themselves in such a venue when the hotel is nearby. Made Melbourne seem tame by comparison.
I like the way that the promotional tour for The Hurt Locker pushed the idea that Pearce was one of the main characters, so expectations could be subverted in the first act.
I wonder who complained about them joking about Canberra ? The people or political people ? Same as the Robin Williams joking and upsetting the Prime Minister ! Aussie people can take a joke ! Aussie Politicians just want to talk and make a name for them selves !
Guy does an exceptional American accent…I don’t hear Matt Damon, however, but give you the benefit of the doubt…will keep listening! One of my favorite actors…🙏🏼💕
I may be overlooking something here since I'm not native english speaker, but the way Guy Pearce is commenting on the two ladies in the audience seems rude to me
The Australian Gary Oldman in my eyes. Just watched him in Count of Monte Cristo. He NAILED it
theyre really good at bad guys its amazing when they play an emotional or ernest character its just like a coin flip with a completely different design you thought wasnt there
I was just gonna say that he is like the Australian Kevin Bacon. Great leading man turned character actor, well known, but underrated still.
Brilliant work in Memento
I totally agree! Guy said in an interview that he feels that it was probably easier to shoot than watch..
You need a chest sheet to actually watch it lol
Thanks for the upload, as usual. Always appreciate a daily dose of Craig !
The daily dose of craig would also be a cool name for this channel
Oh, man…two of my favorites…this was terrific!!💕 I laughed the entire way through…!!!🤣🤣🤣
underrated actor
i know man did you see how much muscle he put on for lockout he got jacked for a thin guy and that was one role lol
Highly underrated.

chris kaprys have you seen any of the Jack Irish series he did? They're very good too 👍
Lol fuck Canberra

deadset it's so true
Memento comes to mind.
Neighbours has recently been axed. They filmed the last episode just last week
And Guy was on it!
The Rover is a really good movie of his, really dark but really good!
Oh come on! Having to apologize for ranting about Camberra? The place is boring and artificial, and those guys should have shown a little more spine.

Wow!!
His role in _Brimstone_ will haunt me for the rest of my life.

Hope the director Paul Greengrass would make a spy thriller movies casting Guy Pearce .
Guy Pearce would be amazing as The Doctor on Doctor Who!
geoff's battery had me dead
He is quick. A good guest for Craig
This Guy is as fast as Craig.
"That is high praise" Nicholas Cage.
and yes he is.
I love this guy!
Lol good one
I loved this video and not just because I was born in in Canberra and live in Melbourne.
I like the way that the promotional tour for The Hurt Locker pushed the idea that Pearce was one of the main characters, so expectations could be subverted in the first act.
Guy Pearce helped me realize I am heteroflexible.
Guy could have been Batman. It's funny they bring up Robert Pattinson who's now Batman.
Some have even suggested James Bond…I can see it, but some don’t…🤷🏻♀️
I wonder who complained about them joking about Canberra ?

Aussie people can take a joke !
Aussie Politicians just want to talk and make a name for them selves !
Politicians and the media; infamously thin-skinned twats who love to stir up shit.
Canberra is a hole...and I don’t apologise for saying it!
You see
I have this condition....
Guy is hot and charming.
One of the very rare times I've seen Craig outwitted 5:56
So we've established that Guy can banter with the best.
I've seen the hurt locker a few times and I'd forgot Guy Pearce was in it

I knoww. They might not be legally married, but after you have a kid together, you're more than dating.
ha ha I can't remember anyone saying anything about this let alone getting angry. :)
hes so fine good lord
Guy Pearce's and Matt Damon's voice seems partially similar .

🥰🥰🥰
Who else has come here to watch them apologizing after reading Craig’s second autobiography (Riding the Elephant)?
good actor
Geelong is west of Melb not south
south west

who's the girl in the outro?
Teresa Palmer (Hacksaw Ridge, Take Me Home Tonight)
Canberra is a Federal Park masquerading as a national capital city.
Which funny words had been bleeped in this show in general ?
I may be overlooking something here since I'm not native english speaker, but the way Guy Pearce is commenting on the two ladies in the audience seems rude to me
Nah, he’s classy, and a gentleman…it was in good humor…
