For those who got this error, please plug in your device. Then shut down. Unplug and replug. Wait for battery symbol and press power button for slightly 2 seconds every time until it appears in Windows. The device will not read until it put in read/write mode by this method. Be careful will take a few times for it to work. It worked for me 20 seconds into it. Don't give up hahaha
Most of the inability to connect to the computer is caused by the bike computer not being turned off to connect to the USB. It must be connected to the computer after shutdown.
I have an Igsport BSC300, I've tried to connect it with 3 computers and used 2 different cables, I've tried every combination, device on. off, unplugged, replugged, factory reset, computer on, off, restart etc and it remains undetected. I have older devices that are detected. The BSC300 pairs with my phone ok but just wont detect on any computer,. Thoughts on how to resolve?
@@bobakq No, unfortunately not. I went out and bought the best usb cable I could find having tested multiple, not a thing. To date I've tried every button combo, turned off, on, plug in plug out, factory reset and multiple computers, nothing works.
And if the device can not be connected through USB neihter Bluetooth? I did all instructions both for USB and Bluetooth many times. The device can be acessed by BT and the activities are being recorded, however it can not be uploaded to the cloud or downloaded by USB. I already checked internet and changed connections, changed smartphone, cables bla bla bla, result is always the same. Actvity uploads till 56% then the app crashes. I already installled the app. Sorry but I'm very upset with this. Not the first time incoveninence....
@@iGPSPORT Igs10s, I finnaly could download data using an old Samsung Galaxy J7. However in my moto G6 play the app started crashing every time I try to upload an activity. USB problem still persists in any computer with several cables and USB ports tested. To try solving USB problem I discharged the battery of the device, and also did factory reset presssing l+r buttons, however no solution for USB connection.
We found that there are indeed compatibility issues with some mobile phones. I am trying to cover more mobile phone models. You know, mobile phone models are changing very fast now.
Yesterday came the C61 sensor that I bought a few days ago. I did the installation as the manual says. Igpsport igs618 did not recognize the sensor. Something that can be done? Thankful!
Whatever I do, I can't connect my BSC300 to PC. Of course, I turn off the device. And when I connect it to the computer, the only thing that appears is the battery that shows charging. nothing more. I changed several computers, reset the device and still nothing. What else to do?
@@philadams9254 Yes, I managed to solve the problem by replacing the USB cable. After that everything works as it should and I am very satisfied with this device.
@@650447 Good to know, cheers. I'll buy a new cable then. Maybe mine aren't good enough. I saw another comment saying that the BSC100 was not designed to connect to a PC so I assumed it might be the case with the 300 also.
tutorial wont work for igs10s.. i cant pair it to the app (xiaomi redmi note 4), i cant connect it to the pc (win 10).. but..i can put it in the garbage..dont buy it

Please check if it's a C61 problem or a battery problem. Maybe the battery is out of power.

Did you solve it? I can't get mine to connect either. It's brand new and I'm using different cables/computers

Same problem with iGS 620. The computer does not recognize as an unit disk.

Hello, iGS50S does not support USB mode, it can synchronize data with mobile APP via bluetooth.
Yes, I realized that... So, I exported my activity data one by one to the cellphone, .gpx archive, then to the pc.
