Nice. However, where are the KPIs for the security objective ? and the KPIs for operational level " at intiatie level " ? and can you mention some KPI to measure efficiency of the processes after the implementation once they become operational ? can you mention KRIs as well ? and Can you summarize all of it in strategy map and balanced score card ? .. Great work guys . and show us some kind of dashboard or Balanced score card to the Executive management.
