Love your reaction man 👍 Ren is multi-talented, singer, rapper, musician, playing guitar, piano, bass, drums, song writer, poet, beatboxer, producer, he create his own beats and most of all, he's a unique, incredible and wonderful storyteller ! Now you have to check the tale of Jenny and Screech's (full version !) and the Money Game trilogy, amazing stories, just so great ! Great video, I really enjoyed this.
Interesting fact about this one - Ren does the bulk of his own production and stuff, but Sick Boi is an example of a track where he had someone else make the beat for him.
... Any chance you've been catching the video installments of Ren telling his life story? He's ending each day's reading with the video for one of his songs he feels is particularly relevant to what he's been reading that day.

It was torture.
Ren is telling his life story. He put it all together with documentation and video footage. It is called "Chapters" and it is aired each day for 7 days at 12:15 cst. This is his story leading up to his big drop May 9th.
I have never heard anyone that ever thought he was faking it. You are the first person I ever heard even mention it. I have watched hundreds of Ren reactions and read comments and never heard anything like that. After watching the series of his life people will know the details and would never doubt it. If anyone ever did say that sh!t and they were a reaction channel you can bet the renegades would swarm down on that channel and ruin it. The only negatives I have heard about Ren. They say they don't like his voice, they don't think he can rap or they don't like he is anti-capitalism. Not to many but always a few. Nobody ever doubted lymes diseases/ autoimmunity/pots and various other problems. You can live a day with him in the clinics he goes to everyday and the IV feedings on his patreon.
The grunting sound combined with the rocking is a psychiatric symptom of extreme frustration. The medical community tells him his illness is all in his head and just prescribe pills that make him worse. This is what he wanted to say to them.

Otherwise I think a good next step is one of my personal favourites: Crutch feat. Bibi. It’s an older song from before Ren was finally correctly diagnosed with Lyme disease and was written after a breakdown following multiple emergency trips to the hospital. If Sick Boi is an expression of his build up frustrations from years of misdiagnosis, Crutch is the earlier fear of not knowing what’s happening to your body. It is heart wrenching and stunning.

The pig represents greed and also represents Ren's illness. It is a constant companion and he's not sure what life would be like without it yet still hates it. The pig also represents the medical industry which ties in with the greed but also the misdiagnosis and pill after pill despite not knowing what they are treating 🤨
