Hypotension in dengue, IV fluids 20 ml/kg bolus IV stat, then 10ml/kg/hr then noradr support. Inj hydrocortisone 15mg 6 hrly,
Platelet Tx: halflife 1 day
Normal span 5-7 days
Less than 10 tx
Less than 20 with bleeding tx
Ferritin, CRP , Hct
Sdp vs mdp,
Degngue (ns1Ag) vs
malaria (peripheral film) vs leptospirosis (dark field microscopy)
Hight Hct fluid transfusion

No role for antibiotics but anyway giving doxy,ceftriaxone,cp etc
