Indeed good timing produces good results but I don’t have to worry about trading hours since i trade through an expertise i get consistent profit without having to trade myself

With 1% risk and a risk to reward of 1:17 @ more or less 25% win rate, combined with balls of steel, sticking to your trading plan religiously, you can grow a very small into a very larger one very quickly. Lose small and win very big. Finally a mentor who is spot on and honest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello what's the best way to get started with trade cos I've been making my personal research for a while now
I took $20 to $1200 in 4 days but gave it all back. not I am learning proper lot size and risk management. That has really changed my trading for the long run.
When you increase your account like that, you should make a withdrawal. You should've taken out $500-$1000 and started over with $200.

Right
After making profit, most traders have a tendency of raising lot size to make more. And that's where the brokers slaps them hard and goes with everything they made. The way I do it to avoid this temptation is to withdraw my profit after closing every trade, then I start a new trade with the same account balance I had initially. That way, you will have discipline and your profit is safe in your back office account.
I have been working forex for almost a year and I am a beginner and I always had the question of how to earn with this little money. You answered me.

Im not sure of what other people might say, but I love your view on the market. The market is meant for long term investment rather than hit and run traders. So its either we pay time to get where we want, or we pay a thousand blown accounts.

hey i have been following this channel for month now. and followed your advise based on that i developed a stragedy that trades at 1% risk and on backtesting it did very well, i then programed it to an ea and backtested it by computer for the last 15 years! on 5 pairs. and it did exactly as you said in the video averaged 100% profit a year. i would love to send it to andrew to test it out for me to see if i am fooling myself or i have hit a goldmine...

What's your way of trading, please? Do you indicators, price action, or both? What worked for you? It's hard to find someone honest here online... Most of the online channels here make money not from trading, but making either educational videos getting sponsored on Patreon or lure people into buying their courses showing 3 wins in a row just to show their strategy works... Super annoying as I don't know where to get valuable knowledge from :/
@@Sebastian_Mroczek Having valuable information on trading is one thing, knowing what to do with that information is something else entirely, I believe the difference between succeeding and failing is consistency, and you also need the right information to be able to win, I believe having a good trader with experience is helpful, it’s not easy, I lost a lot at first, but with the aid of CONS Peter Lang, I started having good turn overs and knowledge on trading, finance and profits.

I’m having a lot of success on the demo account over the last month but, I’m not so sure how I will do on a live one..
as long as you replicate what you are going on the demo account, you will get the same results

Excuse my noobie question, if u invested an amount and the price drops and keeps dropping why not just wait a few days until it rises again and leave with no loss?
what if the price drops even more and stays low for a long long time? wouldn't it be better if u just take an exit on the trade with loss but make a profit on next trade and cover the loss or make a bit more?? also, u need to pay something called overnight fee for holding your trades overnight.

you will run out of margin. It happens all the time. Consider a hedging strategy when your trade gets to say, 10% loss.

yes. in theory with 100~200usd you still can trade @0.01 lot. per pip would be 10cent, so -10pips (exclude commission) is your stop out. so, with 0.01 lot, 100usd = 10pips is your SL, or 200usd = 20pips is your SL.

Does 1% risk refer to lot size or stop loss/entry point? Eg if you have a $100 account your stop loss should be no more than $1?
That's exactly what it means. If you are trading a $500 account you should only risk what you can afford to loose. Most experienced traders risk between 0.25% - 2% depending on your risk maganement strategy. In other words $2.50 - $10

I have a an account less than $300 with OANDA. I've lost almost half of it, after losing almost $20k in the demo acct. But having actual skin in the game with a live account made all the difference. You learn to trade or you lose everything. So I learn. And have learned. I've had only a couple big moves I could capitalize on, but most are within 40-60 pips. Nothing to sneeze at, but not huge. Until you factor in the learning curve. Then it becomes invaluable. Especially when I keep hearing major players saying they blew their accounts at least a couple of times before they got the hang of it.

I would say no, start with a small amount. The smaller it is the more you can learn since you won't get stressed or anxious when the market moves against you.
Once you manage to turn 50 bucks into 100, you can also turn 10k into 20k.

I believe compounding formula (your first example) should have 11 months and not 12 in power, as you start with 1.05.
You are wrong. He is calculating it as a one year rate. The formula is perfect. With respect, unless you’ve studied university business math, you shouldn’t comment.
