Great video and content but audio seemed shaky. Not sure if it's your mic or voice coming in and out. Sounds like you're running out of breath or slowly reading a script. Cheers!

This looks like a shangri-la that caters mostly to a very rich North American clientele!

Beautiful concept. That said, it's a town only for rich foreigners and rich Ticos.

Is it possible to go to the beach club if we are staying in Coco? For example people not staying at our condo can still visit our beach club they just have to pay an admission.

I believe you can visit the beach

No, the Beach Club is private and just for residents, renters, and guests. I don’t believe there is an opportunity for a day pass at this time.
But that should not prevent you from visiting the town. There is plenty to do outside of the Beach Club. If you go to one of the beaches (Danta or Dantita), there are public showers at Plaza Mercado where you can rinse off. There are also several great places to grab a bite to eat, although they are a bit pricey by Costa Rica standards.

Right outside the town. There’s a parking lot across the street

We really need European places like Las catalinas in the seven provinces of Costa Rica and close the northern border but forever.
