- In today's video I am taking you around the area of Las Catalinas in Guanacaste!
This is a neat development that has a unique style of housing, beautiful beach, and some shops and restaurants!
If you'll be in the area I recommend you stop by and take a walk around.
Just don't lock your keys in the car ;)
Are you moving to Costa Rica?

The architecture is gorgeous. Beautiful ocean, beach and pools. We look forward to visiting and we will keep our keys with us!
Was there yesterday. Absolutely beautiful!!! 🇨🇦
I'll be staying in Las Catalinas next week! Work/vacay. Thanks for the video!
Great Job!!! Thank You Sarah... Definitely another town to add to the list :-)
Great vid 👍
Glad you enjoyed
Thanks for this Sarah! I go hiking there every weekend because the hiking / biking trails are terrific but i don't explore the village as you've done here so well, Happy travels! 🙂
We really need European places like Las catalinas, inside and around the country in the seven provinces of Costa Rica, it will makes better view and attractions for local people and tourists as well.
PURA VIDA..! 🇨🇷✌️
3:50 This arquitecture is called colonial-Mediterranean style, brought half a millennia ago from the Mediterranean, which includes Portugal, Italy, Spain and even France.
I'd say the biggest difference between american colonial and european colonian style is the colors, here in the americas we have a wide variety of color in the houses, while in the Mediterranean, they usually go with paper white. Note that this isn't an exact architecture but a blend of elements from various places and times.
Almost all Latin american countries used to have houses like these, but they were demolish specially in costa rica, though some places like Granada in Nicaragua or Antigua in Guatemala still have them with the colors and all, so those are great places to visit.
Wow, is like amalfi coast italy
We were just here.
Pura vida bienvenida
That looked beautiful! What time of the year was it?
I believe it was.... that's a good question. Perhaps during May of 2022.
Looks be a mix of Spanish, French , Italian and Croatia so Mediterranean Adriatic sea vibe
Where would you live? Best spot for everything.😺
You know how much it costs to live there? Costa Rica Rich.
Nice pictures but void of information about costs to live in this development.
Correct. This was not that type of informational video. Just a tour of the area
One million dollars minimum. I have also visited there in person.
I see all empty
