did you lube them alot/ are they still tactile and can you feel the bump or are they just linears now? this is such a good vid and im probably going to get this build now! thanks!
I tried to lube them very very lightly and I can still feel the tactility and I'm happy that you're gonna make your own build! Thank you for checking out the video!
@@asomenick thanks so much your such a good youtuber replying to comments from videos month ago i checked out all of your vids and there great! ill do the same by lightly lubing for that great sound and tactility
@@asomenick New to keyboards , excuse my stupid question. So , i contacted KBDFans numerous times and they couldn't help unfortunately as my main question was if there is any PCB with as good underglow as DZ60 V3 / KB67 but hot-swap as i am a newbie and don't want to risk with soldering/desoldering whenever i want a new switch. So , as your average Joe , i want to ask if these Millmax sockets (7305 are the ones i can find in EU) could work with DZ60 V3.
@@3ildcard Yes those will work! This was also my first time soldering so I actually went with the 0305 since they are longer. Just make sure you watch a ton of videos about it, I know Keybonbon made a video that explains this a lot better
@@asomenick Thank you. I actually watched Keebios video on that topic and he prefers 0305 as well , mainly because of the price point , as Millmax saw the opportunity and made keyboard specific sockets , but probably not worth the extra premium you have to pay for it. I was unsure if that mod would work with all keyboards out there (just newbie stuff).
what pcb did you use? I'm trying to find a hotswappable one that also has backlight
It's the KBD67 rgb underglow but I had to solder in millmax sockets so it is basically like hotswap.
Wow so tasty!

Did the MKultra foam change the distinct sound overall?
The foam is only between the case and pcb and it did make the sound a lot more full and less ping
@@asomenick Interesting, I was under the impression foam under the PCB would block the LEDs from lighting the case up. Seemingly that is not the case?
@@Thana There are cut-outs for the LEDs so that it could still shine and diffuse through the case
did you o ring mount it? sounds amazing tho.
I did not o ring mount it and it does sound pretty good.
@@asomenick nice you don't need it then it sounds really good already :D
are the keycaps pbt or abs
They're pbt
hi can i know how do u make your light brighter because mine is not bright at all.
You can increase the brightness in the VIA software.
fuckin sick!!!!

They're knock off olivias
did u lube the stem legs?
Yes, I did lube the stems
i meant stem legs
@@cookedporkchop632 In that case, no I did not
What pcb are you using?

@@3ildcard You can pretty much do the millmax on any solderable pcb
