代理店の社長さん！本当にひどい。
ただ、厳しいこと言わせてもらうと、「この人にならだまされてもいい」って言う人は経営者に向かない。
会社を回すためにはいろんや人、物、お金が回ってて、それらを守るためにも取引先や商材を見極めなければならないのが経営者。
マサルさんは人が良すぎ(厳しく言うと危機感なさすぎ)るので心配です。
豆知識
今回の動画にもあった、人からもらったお金(商品代)を(正当な理由なく)使い込んだら、贈与したという扱いになり、贈与税がかかります。
また、臨時収入扱いにもなるから、所得税(個人)又は法人税(会社)がかかります。
来年の3月の確定申告でこのことを申告していない場合は、税務署から脱税扱いされます。
※このペナルティは、かかる予定だった税額の２倍が税金になる。
それって100万以上からじゃなかったでしたっけ
脱税云々は税務所側の問題なので、マサルさんには何の得もないですよ。
と言うか、それしても、金で解決できるなら別に良いという考え方をしてる可能性すらあります。
ここで問題なのは、信じていたのに、裏切られたのが問題だということです。
私はむしろ、御本人の目の前で突然暴露し、笑っていたという精神状態について気になります。
精神状態が不安定だったのか、もともとの本性だったのか。
結局、仲が良かろうが、悪かろうが、親交が深かろうが浅かろうが、感情で決めるのではなく、
その人の発言や行動と、最も重要なのが結果で判断する事が一番大切だと理解しました。
発言や行動に対して、どれだけ約束を守ってるのか、普段から常にチェックしておく事が大切です。そして、商談についても、どれだけ約束を守っているかなどを必ず確認し、統計データみたいなのを取った方が良いです。
数字は嘘をつかないですし、数字には感情もなく事実しか見せません。
そして、何よりも、体はとても正直です。体は言葉を発しませんが、長年頑張ってます。体のサインに気づいたら、休みましょう。普段から身近で協力してくれる周りの人々はマサルさんの頑張りを見ているので、絶対に助けてくれます。債権者も、お金を回収できないことが一番困るので、話せば何とか妥協してくれる可能性もあります。
色々大変だったと思うし、1視聴者のコメントがどれだけマサルさんに影響を与えるのか分からないけど、初期の活動から自分の信念を折らずに頑張ってきたのは本当にかっこいいと思うし、夢を叶えて欲しいことと同じぐらい、ご自愛して欲しいなと思います。これからも、自分なりに応援し続けます！

Whoa, I hope your checkup went well today (9th September), though it sounds like you pushed yourself to the end of your limits with the one month challenge. I love watching your video's even though I don't understand Japanese. I'm shocked at what your distributor did to you and hope it's all worked out and you didn't lose the money. Plus I hope you don't push yourself too hard anymore, success is nothing if your dead, so I hope you find a balance between work and your health, also with the company and investing into the island.
