    Five years of messing around and not knowing what the hell I was doing. Googled c4d render settings tutorials that whole time and finally found this by accident looking at other crap... Lol , Thanks for clearing it up for me, I can finally pick up my guitar again!

    You have no idea how much I agree. I've seen a few tutorials about the physical renderer but this is the first one that actually explains the settings in a way that it's easily understandable. 3DFluff is awesome!!

    Thank you a lot! It really helped me to reach a way better quality on my recent render. I always had problems with my physical renderer render times and settings (about 2 hours for one picture in an animation), but hopefully it's solved now.

    I can't tell you how much this has helped me today. As you mentioned in the video i was just cranking up the setting and wasting a lot of time. Thumbs Up. I just wish in next release they configure physical renderer to use gpu too.

      I'm not sure when we'll see GPU rendering but I imagine Apple's choice of new hardware may be the kick up the arse they need

    Ha, this was so funny, I was wanting a refresher on render settings, and as I was going through it I was thinking "yeah, this exactly how I do things... this is how I was taught to set it up by that instructor we had in a few years ago....". Then I realised this *is* the instructor we had :D
