I love John. But he still called people in the know about covid and the vaccine conspiracy theorists. While guiding people to take the vaccine. I'm not a doctor but seen enough evidence to know he was sadly mistaken. When you meet the doctor who worked alongside fauchi for 20 years on the virus and vaccine, I would say they have credibility and are clearly not a conspiracy theorist. I'm not a doctor, but I understand the bodies immunity system works very well. It's far better than the vaccine. I love John, and he finally caught on and speaks the truth, but I keep an eye on him. He was in the beginning misleading masses of people to life-long problems. That's pretty serious.

Another thing that helps even more with cancer prevention and also recovery, is some extended fasting. Also helps with the problems many develop after taking chemo. On top of all that, it makes you metabolically more healthy meaning your vit D levels will also go up over time. For many people they are quite hard to raise, otherwise.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 supplements since I started watching your channel in July 2020. This news about reduction in prostate cancer is a complete surprise and fantastic news for me. I was successfully treated for prostate cancer in 2014. It does not mean immunity forever, however. Just being realistic. The last time, I tested 41.5 ng/ml (x 2.5 = about 103 nmo/L ) for Vit D3 at the end of December 2021. I will keep up this Vitamin D3 intake (and added K2 last year) and increase the dosage, since I was taking a fairly low daily dose of 2500 IUs. He said he was very concerned about my PSA levels. I was at 9.6. He scheduled me to re-do the test a few weeks later to rule out infection. The next PSA test came back at 14.2 . He immediately sent me to a urologist who repeated the test a month later. It came back at 13. Now I'm doing MRI's and biopsy. So much for vitamin D. What a crock that was.

Fasting can help a great deal with cancer prevention, which is largely a disease of metabolism, inflammation and hypoxia. It is also difficult or even impossible to have a high level of vit D if you are metabolically unhealthy, and the quickest way to achieve that is to do a small amount of extended fasting! Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting.
Telomeres are lengthend and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses.
Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

Hi John - I have Breast Cancer. There are whole armies of us out here taking supplements, off label drugs and other remedies. We know the medical professionals do not have all the answers or even in most cases the right questions. Trying to talk to my surgeon about diet etc and it's impact on energising my cancer and I get nowhere. I am taking around 20-25 supplements including Vitamin D and I am only just getting started. I did ask my GP for Vitamin D to try to lower the cost of what I am doing but he refused to help unless I had seriously low levels so I bought mine from the Supermarket. When the authorities were trying to scare the hell out of everyone in early 2020 about the risks of Covid-19, I started looking for some kind of intervention that could help prevent me from getting the virus. I'd always heard of vitamins, of course, but had never really had much interest in them. I discovered vitamin D3 and vitamin C, then zinc, quercetin, and vitamin K2. I now take those every day, and for the past three years I have not had as much as a single sniffle. I chose not to take the covid-19 injection, and I've never felt better. I turn 73 in August. 🙂

Huge thanks for your advice and reassurance. After taking your suggestion I and my wife have started taking Vit D 4000IU and K2 last year 2023. I have a long term medical condition and had Dr diagnosed viral infection in early January 2024 which brought on Anaemia with a blood count of 61. In hospital for three days to get a transfusion ( I was below the 80 threshold) on the afternoon of the transfusion I was told by the doctor "your blood count has shot up to 88 so you do not need the transfusion and can be discharged" with regular blood tests my count has now recovered to 127. June 24 " Almost Normal" said my Dr . I am delighted. I had pestered for a Vit D test and this same blood test gave the result 108. The hospital acknowledged it gave me no medicine and all I have done is take my daily Vitamin D tablet with my breakfast. I also take vitamin C and folic acid tablets for other reasons but Dr Campbell I think I owe a huge thankyou to you for your suggestions through your podcasts. I think Vitamin D has helped me keep wonderfully healthy. ❤❤❤

Fasting will also help a great deal with COPD. And it also helps raise your vit D levels by making you metabolically more healthy!
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.

My dad had prostate cancer and was given 5 years to live. He was told by his brother who had had prostate cancer years earlier to take pycnogenol. His brothers cancer went into remission due to the pycnogenol. A professor at Nottingham university was amazed how pycnogenol had cured the cancer. My dad started taking it and he lived a further 20 years and died at the age of 87. The professor knew it worked but couldn’t prescribe it as its a herb. My dad also told a few people he met at the hospital who had prostate cancer and the same happened to them. Please if you have prostate cancer try it, it might just save your life.

I was considering a weekly Vit D3 increase of 5,000 IU (to bring the total weekly total to 55,000 IUs) to perhaps increase my blood level of around 80 ng/ml as an additional experiment for my future blood test. Fasting can help your vit D levels because when your insulin level is high your body not only uses it very quickly but it also becomes locked up in the fat cells and unable to move through the body. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
      Fasting increases nitric oxide release.

On initial diagnosis, I became very depressed, and contemplated taking an "easy way out" ...................
I am 78, and had diagnosis in 2002, radiation in 2003, my current PSA is 15.3 - the same as it was three months ago. The steady increase appears (so far) halted, or, so I hope !
I started taking 2000IU of Vits B1, B12, C, D, plus Spirulina toward the start of the last couple of years (guess why !), have had no colds, and the stabilisation of my PSA.

I have just had the Vit D blood test again. This time for about 3 months before the test, nearly every time I went out to work in the yard I took my shirt off, previously I left my shirt on.

My Primary Care Doctor at the VA Hospital (I'm an American Veteran) always checks my Vitamin D level along with everything else and, even with the 4000 IU/100mcg of Vitamin D3 I take per day, my Vitamin D level is always considered at a very good and safe level. It's great to know that Vitamin D helps with Prostate Cancer, too. I knew that it, along with all the Vitamins and Supplements that you, Dr. Campbell, have been recommending help boost the immune system, but I didn't know just how far reaching they can be. I also take CoQ-10 and Omega-3 from two sources, Krill Oil and Flaxseed Oil, with the latter taken when I get up and the first when I go to bed. Yes, I take 100mcg of MK7 Vitamin K2 with 100mcg of Vitamin D3. The VA Pharmacy doesn't carry K2, so I purchase it myself.
I always tell family, friends and acquaintances about the regimine I take for my immune system, which I got from you, and I emphasize to blacks and those with darker skin how important it is that they take Vitamin D3 and K2 for the reason you stated. And back when masks were a thing, I always told them why wearing a mask, for them, even when others didn't, was good for them because they get less Vitamin D from the sun due to their darker skin.

In the country that I live it's usual to take a daily tablet of 1000iu but once or twice a week I take two tablets daily. This allows my reading to be 80 which my Doctor says is the average beneficial level. Prior to moving to the State I lived in I lived in a very sunny area and week 1 in my new location I established a relationship with a new Doctor who ran various blood tests including Vitamin D. My Vitamin D level was critically low at 12 and so I had to take multiple daily supplements to build it up to the accepted level. A few days into taking the supplements I felt my mood lift to such a degree that I remember thinking why do I feel so good? It seems I had hit a sweet spot in the level of D which was beneficial to mood which only got reinforced the longer I took it. I also got Prostate cancer shortly after which I attribute partly to genetics and also to the fact that my D level was critically low and would have been for many years.

Guys please also get regular PSA blood tests. I am a prostate cancer survivor having being diagnosed 2022 at the young age of 50. No symptoms at all, just heard about taking a blood test on an awareness campaign. That ended up saving my life!
I have read about vit D and prostate cancer which is really good but my main message is early diagnosis saves lives. 1- 8 men will get prostate cancer 1 -4 if you are black.
on average 50,000 men in UK are diagnosed with PC. Almost half of these are caught late at stage 3 or 4.
12,000 men in the UK die each year of PC which is around 1 every 45 minutes
500,000 men are living with or after prostate cancer.
    UK offers NO SCREENING!!
All men 50 years or over are entitled to a PSA blood test. This does not diagnose cancer but a higher reading would need investigation. Many things can be causing a high PSA but equally nearly all cancer diagnosis start with a PSA.
Do this regularly once every few years. Catch it early like I did and you have plenty of options and would be looking at curative treatment.

@@dwaynejoyce1357 I understand that, however, If Dr John were to create a short video for doctors explaining this then I could point the doctors to that video. Dr John has more credibility than I do.

    High John.
    Thanks for your videos.
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in November 2022. Gleeson 3 + 4. It is located in a well defined area. A second area was scored as Gleason 3 + 3 (not regarded as cancer).
Next week I am having a Nanoknife (irreversible electroporation - IRE) procedure to 'kill off' the 3 + 4 area via apoptosis. Some studies have suggested that this will also increase the likelihood of an immune response to mestastatic spread of prostate cancer from the circulating dead cells.
Unfortunately this procedure is still regarded as experimental in Australia even though this procedure has been performed thousands of time worldwidesince 2009 and over 400 times since 2013 by my surgeon. It is not covered by Medicare or health funds. It will cost me $AU25,000 but only involves an hour to complete with very few side effects. Lucky I don't drink, smoke or gamble. What price quality of life.
I have been taking vitamin D3 + K2 for a a while following your videos. My osteopenia has been 'cured' and I will now increase my dosage from 50mcg to 100mcg per day to increase my survival rate from prostate cancer. It can't hurt.
Perhaps you could do a video on IRE

Love you Dr Campbell, appreciate the journey you're taking here. I've watched your willingness to face all turnarounds of viewpoint with grace and dignity as you gradually worked through the data and evidence . I wish those in positions of power were more like you!
My own wake up really took a 180 post Great Barrington declaration in 2020. I was often frustrated with you up until the point at which I could see your realisations on the clear bias of medical and media interests.
I've dug deep now for over 15 years, so I had a feeling something like Covid was on the horizon..
Our world is extraordinary, but it needs our informed participation to make it into the place we all want to live. Ignorance & blind obedience, just leads us down a dark path.

Having listened avidly to you Doctor Campbell back at the beginning of Covid I went and researched further on Vitamin D and the logic, in the Northern hemisphere we dont get the sun. So I paid for blood tests found I was very low and started to take 4,000 IU along with 200mg Vit K. After 6 months blood tests showed I was just above normal levels.
2 years on I suffered an "I didnt see you" impact to my leg whilst out on my motorcycle resulting in a horrible double compound Tib and Fib fracture, my foot was smashed with bones sticking out my lower leg. At 65 the prognosis was not good to keep the leg and a lot of shaking of heads resulted.
Superb care from the NHS resulted in me keeping the limb with an internal nail and skin grafts, and no infection despite being thrown down a track covered in cow s*ite.
Turns out Ive real good bone density and fast healing plus a very active immune system. Ive always kept myself reasonably fit walking at least 3 miles a day and some mountain biking / weights, I eat well.
I put my ability to walk out that hospital after 4 weeks down to 1) a brilliant surgeon and team 2) correct Vitamin D/K levels. I think all concerned were amazed at my recovery rate / bone growth.
4 months on Im walking up to 8 miles and although Ive a limp Ive 2 legs and can see down the road near normality......Thanks Dr Campell. BTW come winter Ill follow your example upping to 8,000 IU Vit D.
And a quick update, at a 1 year review with my surgeon I enter the room to see 2 surgeons looking at my Xray "cant get to see 1 of you two of you must be trouble" quite the opposite, the smaller bone that in 90% of cases remains broken and never heals (no too detrimental) has rejoined, and they quiz me what have you been doing?. Mine was in 3 pieces and against the odds rejoined when I upped my stride to achieve pre injury walking pace over 6 miles. The next day I could not walk and the pain killers were out for a week but my body was telling me "Stop Im healing" but if a broken bone used for ambulatory ends reconnects then you can tell, all feels right again, suddenly you can place your foot down as you walk. I put a lot of my recovery down to Vit D+ K2 giving me great bone density and growth even at 65.

I'm a hypnotist who specializes in helping people release the emotions connected to physical issues. I've worked with men with prostate cancer. There are a lot of emotional issues connected with just the diagnosis. Often these men were never ever sick in their life before and that shock itself needs release (especially if anyone close to them died of prostate cancer - one client his father AND their family pet dog BOTH died of prostate cancer the same month). But the physical diagnosis gives them so much shock and fear that seems to make the emotional issues of the past even harder for them

Vitamin D3 should always be taken in combination with vitamin K2. These two vitamins work together synergistically and ensure that calcium obtained from food is deposited in the bones and not in the arteries.
