Bought one, really excited for it to come in
That tuc tuc tuc tuc when the intensity is full drives me crazy. Many uni-vibe clones have this problem. I was really hopeful about this one, but....
I totally get that. My old original univibe does that too. This one doesn’t get too bad til you take the intensity all the way up so I just keep it down a bit and it’s golden but even at fully maxed out it’s not as bad as my oldie. My old one did that at about 1 o’clock and it was nuts. That’s the spot I think the sabbadius shines.
I feel like i could get close with a tremolo, chorus and phaser pedal dialled in just right??
You can get close. It takes some dialing but the thing I’ve never been able to replicate is that throbbing heartbeat sound. Nothing does it quite like an Opto cell univibe.
