Hai Sree !!! I use to make aval payasam using milk. But the tips u said are more valuable. I use to put the aval when the milk getting boiled so that aval couldn't find out. Also chowari is mixed after boiling separately.There will be difference in taste. Any way I ll make as u said. Thanks 😘 Take Care.
