I suffer in silence because I do not want to burden others with my problems. Also I try not to speak negatively. Most suffering is self inflicted; and can be mitigated by a simple mindset change.

No one ever gonna teach you how to be a man that’s just something you learn about yourself with time. When it comes to general advice, all I can say work hard, make connections, get an education, take care of necessities, and work towards your goals, whether that be in business, in fitness, in the arts, or simply trying to live a simple life with some disposable income. Some folks try to make it more complicated than it needs to be lol best to keep things simple and go step by step.

We are from IRAQ 🇮🇶. Both men and women sacrifice evenly together for the sake of their kids. Both of them are suffering extremely up to their ass but just in different ways. It's the new conception of being self oriented that led to all this mess we are witnessing nowadays.

It's called Clinical Depression and Toxic Shame, things you like to shit on. I had them at one point, but instead of putting $18k towards a fake boot camp, I found a good therapist instead.
my teenage sweetheart and I got married. she had three tubal pregnancy and four miscarriages in the six years we was married. I cried with her at the beginning of each one of those then would stop, in front of her. however I was braking down crying in my truck on my way to work and coming home. when she divorced me she FUCKN SAID I DIDN'T FUCKN CARE! I WAS FUCKN DOING WHAT A MAN IS SUPPOSED TO DO!! BE STRONG FOR HER!!! FUCK I CAN'T KEEP TYPING THIS!!!!!!!

I pulled my truck in between them and he shot me in the back while I was sitting in my truck. I'm paralyzed from the waist down. I can't pee or poop on my own so I get excited easily!! Its because you keep choosing your own way and not following God. If you really want to be better at anything, put God first then you won't rely on yourself or others because we all fall short. We are not perfect so stop trying to be. It's ok not to be ok. Focus on Jesus and your soul and the rest will follow.
