I take as I find, wish people would just leave him be, everyone has a right to peace of mind, Brian has enough to focus on with his recovery

I’m mid 40’s and you realise being told ‘one day you will understand’ as a teenager and in my early 20’s was such sound advice that you never listen too until you’ve made all your mistakes. The burden of what someone does will stay with them forever. Sometimes that is enough punishment.

Completely agree with your overview Matt on the entire situation, people that got involved in drugs , selling etc , could not really complain , about what transpired to them, as soon as you open that door of dealing , you either make lots of money , get aresseted, or tax , as I say its part of the equation of being in that world, like yourself, I was aak to collect money , and knowing Brian, starting from the late 80s he was always a gentleman, we never once had an altercation with each other, he was a true friend , he's like family and I love him and Emma to bits , personally I've never had my windows smashed, but to sink down to that level , a child could of been on the other side , the situation should be resolved and I know Brian has and always will be a true gentleman, and it's certainly hard being in the game we where all involved in , I myself speak to Brian and he's always been honest and truthful back then and now. matt mate all Brian done was take liberty on people believ me . he wasn't flushing stuff down toilets he had bad crack addiction which is worse than smack in many ways . if it wasn't for him getting unwell he would still be taking liberty's its only as he carnt. he has snapped jaws ect and think how many kids want pay back for there loved ones .

I'm like you Matt with a treat as i find attitude. I've only recently started to follow Brian and can only see him as the man he is today! Like you said putting someone's windows through is no way to settle a score. Hopefully it can all be sorted soon because it's not just Brian living in the house, his wife and family do too. Anyway Matt onwards and upwards as the saying goes!

I like Brian I be honest the only thing that I don’t argree on is him saying paul Sykes was a coward Roy shaw found out differently twice and bill the bomb respected Paul and even lenny McLean said Sykes was the real deal even called him a bad arse and for lenny to say that means something by the time Brian met Paul he was pushing 50years old and a spent force and Brian knows a prime Sykes is a total different ball game but besides that Brian is a sound fella and he helps out the mental health community it’s just a shame he spent his prime years wasted in crime in today’s world he would of been a mma fighter or a strong man or dabbled in both like the polish fella wasted talent in my opinion but I wish him a good recovery

I trained in the same gym as Brian from about 88 to 94. Even the MacIntyre program was not a good representation of Brian. It was probably 10 years after his prime. He really was something. I recognise and remember a few of his stories and can vouch for them. He fought some serious guys but wasn't a bully as far as I know. I wasn't a friend but spoke to him in the gym often and he was always ok. I've never seen him since then.

Lots of my past antics have always stayed with me and they'll be with me till my last breath, my old man constantly reminded me of in his words ''shit sticking'' and he wasn't wrong.

Brian’s a gentleman and Emma’s a nice lass and always has been to me. They helped move my father in law who’s disabled from his flat to a new bungalow.

Doesn't matter What's gone on Matt mate Brian is unwell and these people wouldn't have done it when he was in his prime.
