PSA: if your task is to film your bud's sweet trick/crash, don't let their pain and agony go to waste by letting them go out of frame as soon as they bite it. Focus on the task at hand and fight the urge to needlessly rush to their side mid-crash.
there's plenty of adrenaline to get both involved through the initial seconds until we see the fail as intended.

"Speed, speed, speed!" or "Pedal, pedal, pedal!" always seem to foreshadow a big case.
After watching 100 of these "Friday Fails" videos I've decided that I won't ride on Fridays because my chances of crashing on a Friday goes up exponentially.

Well technically none of these videos would have been going filmed on a Friday so Friday should be the only day you ride

It could be that he just didn't have enough speed, but it does look like it could be ridden in reverse.

I think he tried running the jump backwards. He's supposed to come from the other direction.

It is a step up. He's just going way too slow.
I think its definitely a step up, he just panic braked way too late and then didn't have any speed.
These simultaneously make me miss riding a bike, and never want to ride a bike again.
