    I'm really enjoying the Bujo Method book, too. I've read it through once just to get the ideas sitting in my head, and then I'm going to read through it again and follow along with the exercises. Thanks for the video!

    Amazing! I really love the mental inventory section :) I just made a video on the layouts I use to track my mental health and I feel like a common theme between all of these is just creating space for us to acknowledge our thoughts and how we want to live our lives
