I've been using this machine for 6 months, nothing else other than the exercises that they do here and I've noticed a huge difference. The machine is brilliant
Can you lose belly fat, build muscles, and stay healthy with this device or not, really? Will you het 6 pack abs? Will you get big muscles? Id like to hear from a person that was out of shape with a high bmi if there are put there.

How many times a week do I do this and for how long plz help
I do this 5 or 6 times a week for the duration of the video, works wonders for me and I certainly feel it on my rest days
Day 1 of doing this along with some other exercises I did this 1 /2 times. No difference
35 days of doing this I’ve lost a lot of belly fat and have gained quite a bit of muscle
