I think people should bring up the lines where J Cole talked about how he implied the beef was for money and clout. Unless I'm not getting something, this feels like it's a big mischaracterization of the beef. You don't exactly call another dude a pedophile, repeatedly, because you made a hidden deal to promote eachother.
The best thing for J Cole to do imo was bow out and apologize to Kendrick. It’s always the quiet ones who you need to be afraid of…and look who is as big as the superbowl. 😂❤
The main reason people are mad is because Cole originally said he backed out because he didn't have real hatred for Kendrick and respected him but on the song, he says he backed out because he knew it would get ugly and tries to take the moral high ground over them. You can only say that in retrospect knowing what we know now, even if you knew they hated each other, rewriting history to make them out to be bitter people with clouded minds while you're above all that when you were the one to put out the first diss of the battle makes you like you're dodging accountability. Also shouting out Drake when he's been dissing you since the beef started makes you look weak too.
Yep, this is it in a nutshell. It feels like he saw all the talk about him being prescient and getting out of the way to avoid the whooping K Dot dished out to Drake and thought, let me take credit for that and act like I was just always too good to stoop to beefing in the first place. And that might even have worked if he hadn't 1) been the first to put out a direct diss track 2) explicitly said in his original apology that he got gassed up to respond and then felt uncomfortable about it because it wasn't genuine, so he was retracting. Those two facts alone make him seem really disingenuous with this new revisionist narrative.
No it's actually because he was afraid that Diddy would try to blow up his car because he was trying to get at Cassie. True story look it up. Diddy blew up Kid Cudi's car when he tried to get at Cassie so someone gave Cole a heads up.
Thing is, if 7 minute drill was a hell of a disstrack, we could still believe he was top 3 and just didn't want to get involved. But you can't release that, back out and then come back saying you trust your pen.

J Cole really is the embodiment of the "I have no enemies" meme.
He has no enemies that will actually challenge him to rapping. He diss Lil yachty, little pump, he had words for no name Gypsy, he mentioned people in his raps and then when it's time to back it up he apologizes and changes the tune. Not like anything is wrong with that, but we can't act like he's always about peace and doesn't say anything about guns or killing other rappers
Well he has several and he just added Kdot to the list.

J Cole can actually be crazy. Look up his altercation with Diddy. But generally speaking I think he’s just a laidback dude.
46seconds since it dropped and I'm here for it. But I like that Cole said his stance being respectful but also saying not to play with his name
The L speech, the fight was worldly broadcasted he ain't in the game to play.
"shut up, you soft"...words said to j cole while he is one of the best and arguably the most mature in the business. while others are beefing, he's just trying to tell his story and life through his rhymes. i would love to see anyone who says hes soft to go toe to toe with him
I think people should bring up the lines where J Cole talked about how he implied the beef was for money and clout. Unless I'm not getting something, this feels like it's a big mischaracterization of the beef. You don't exactly call another dude a pedophile, repeatedly, because you made a hidden deal to promote eachother.
It definitely started out for clout (Like That, Pushups etc.) Then later devolved into ego/hate
Finally a channel that understand things bruh I'm subscribing
I see why Cole always riding a bike now, his back peddling skills are phenomenal.😂😂😂
No it's actually because he was afraid that Diddy would try to blow up his car because he was trying to get at Cassie. True story look it up. Diddy blew up Kid Cudi's car when he tried to get at Cassie so someone gave Cole a heads up.

He berated people for "wanting blood" and violent raps - and in the same verse, showed love to Drake - the guy who has been encouraging ACTUAL violence since the battle ended.
Let me help you. During the so called Cole apology, Cole knew his retraction was not gonna sit well with peeps-especially his fans. So Cole asked for forgiveness-FROM HIS FANS.
As the beef has ended and the outcome is clear, Cole fans who were initially outraged have come to understand his “apology” but still wanted Cole to address his actions either in an interview of some sort or on wax. And Cole delivered to us, HIS FANS, a lyrical masterpiece in Port Antonio. Everyone else who don’t fux with Cole or still feel some kind of way can kick rocks. @@michaelturley8222 you got snake 🐍 energy. The only maturity is others identifying individuals like you and creating boundaries. Master manipulators like Cole can’t be trusted

Calling J.Cole soft like he isn't the only one to take a W in the whole thing purely because he realized he would've lost friends for clout is the stupidest shit i've heard in a while 🙏
For the slow people out there, i'll explain why kendrick didn't take the W
He basically used drake as an example (because he hates him and everything he stands for) to call out everything wrong in the industry, which worked for like 2 seconds then everything came back to normal and even worse, people got mad at kendrick for doing the halftime show at the superbowl 2025 over wayne
My boy kendrick really gave his all and got so disappointed he made a whole song basically saying he's gonna give up on trying to elevate people as a last ditch effort to wake everyone up💔
J Cole would’ve been frieza in this episode if he didn’t apologize.
But he got reduced to Goku’s son 😂
Goku son is the strongest
@TheLaxed He meant his second son
@@Meruem__😂
Reduced? Are you even a DB fan? Cus Gohan is so GOATED. Gohan is also arguably "stronger" than Goku (Gohan beat Cell when even Goku couldn't).
J Cole really grinds me gears right now 😬🙄🤦🏽♀️
Don’t save me I don’t wanna be saved
I don’t get how it was an apology to drake bro just said he appreciated what he did for him and told him what to do
I always found it funny how J. Cole backed out of what he accidentally started 😂
