Red sox fan here. Whether theyve been Good or bad the Red sox have always changed the time of home games when the celtics have been in the finals. They were good in 2008 and 2010 and that was during a time when fenway was always selling out. They also did it in 2022. It has nothing to do with red sox being trash and this is coming from someone annoyed at ownership for the trash theyve produced. Im sure yankees and mets would do similar if knicks or nets were in it, not our fault both teams havent made it in years. I appreciate michael but he’s kind of being a baby here. NFL argument was also dumb, the NFL controls that schedule more than the teams do and more than other leagues do.
In 2012 the Ravens won the SB.. the 1st game of the next yr is "always" a home thursday night game as a celebration for the SB Champions... in 2013 the Ravens had to play on the road in Denver cuz the Oriolea had a home game and wouldnt move it. A little different situation because they share a parking lot.. but same argument.
