That bolt through the pipe will help develop a little back pressure which will make it run a little better, fully open straight pipes work best at higher RPMs
Never would’ve thought to use pressure washer cages and such for exhaust, great idea! The price is right and the steel tubing is usually a little heavier in the wall thickness. Great video! That has got to be one of the smallest mini bikes I’ve seen, love it!
I was so happy when I discovered how good this pipe works and is the perfect size, also comes with straight, 90's, and 45's... broken pressure washer pumps make prices super cheap and the engine can be used for a multitude of projects. Win, Win, and Win... thanks for watching.
That muffler flange is from a predator engine I just got a after market muffler for my predator engine that I got for my craftsman limb chipper shredder glad you got that made up for the mini bike
I got one of those that I wanna put an 8hp electric start on and make it a drift trike out of it but I'm probably going to go in a different direction, I don't know. LOL!
Keep me up to date. I just found a frozen up Honda horizonal shaft pressure washer yesterday for $10. I hope I can free it up and I am thinking mini bike.... If not, will make exhaust out of the cart. Thanks for watching!!
Hey I was wondering if you got those license plates I sent you yet? The two Oregon plates were from my personal vehicles. The New York plate was one that I found in the garage of a house that I was helping remodeling.
Thanks X 3 I found them and love them. They are hanging in my garage already. Hopefully they will be seen in a video this weekend. You want me to shout out your channel! Thanks for watching and for the decorations!!
hey man i just saw your video on a 28 spl outboard that had been sitting for 15 years. i just bought one and someone before me made some modifications to the electric primer. i was wondering if there would be any way you could send me some picture of the setup for the primer and wiring. i cant find anything on the web. much appreciated!
Nice....thanks for showing us that special bottle brush to clean the exhaust port.

I have a colman miny bike and I have drove it with no exhaust and with it straight piped and my ears are still ringing to this day.😅😅😂
Running it with no exhaust at all is gunna ruin the exhaust valve
