Watch this in the max definition, cast to the big flat screen TV on your wall. Where did those empty cases came from? How many shots did Mike really take at that bull? Looks like six cases lying in the snow. It was waaayyyy high on the first shot.
Sweet vid! It was cool seeing you guys stay on him after the bull dropped. Personally not a fan when people call out longer yardages on video, especially when they miss. It make people think that’s acceptable. While it does happen and I appreciate showing it, I think it leads to more people pushing the limits of what they’re capable of because they see it on social media and think it’s the norm
That is so cool shooting that far and it doesn't matter if it's a woodchuck or a big ole bull cause it's very rewarding knowing you can achieve that distance with lots of practice. Hats off to all you guys to grind it out and get them bulls out in one trip and to have a guy drop what he's doing and hike up there to help the cause says a lot about all you guys. Stay young and be safe out there fellas.
Such a fun hunt with great buddies! Obviously, success makes it more rewarding but having Mike kill that Bull and EC Facetimes Crazy Ben and shares the experience with all of us is so awesome! What a shot Mullet Man!! Dropped him and the pack out was on! Can’t wait to see the conclusion with EC getting a chance at a good one!
Man I appreciate this comment so much. Earlier today I reached out to Mike and Ben both and told them I loved this video for all the reasons you just mentioned. Including FaceTime with ban. So your comment means a lot man, THANK YOU!
Sweet bull you guys. Bitter/Sweet moment hitting antlers, adds character but stinks hitting them. Good job Mike on keeping calm and getting back on him.
Did you edit out a shot that hit the antler, because it doesn't look like the first shot hit the antler and the second shot definitely didn't hit the antler?
As a flat lander I love your videos. However, I’ll never own xo equipment thanks to you and the guys from born and raised showing how expensive it is. Hope they keep paying for y’all’s videos though.
The caliber is 30-378 Weatherby. The rifle is a Weatherby Vanguard. You can watch them shoot the rifles on this video ruclips.net/video/cqcGhSuWqzs/видео.html
I wouldn’t have left without that game warden showing up. There’s no way in hell. I appreciate you trying to be respectful and patient about the situation but you should’ve told him to pound sand call the “Brandon” game warden! That shit will just happen to the next guy that comes along thinking he’s legit because the game warden didn’t have that face-to-face with that douche bag
Great how you work all together, friends from different channels! Is there a possibility for foreigners, to come to USA and get a tag for elk? My family is spread from New Mexiko, Texas to Florida, but I live in Austria Europe and have no US citizenship. I also run a wildlife and hunting channel called #woodwalkerwildlifeandhunting ..l love to watch your videos and, #elk101 and #bornandraisedoutdoors
Good job staying on Mikes bull even though he dropped. The elk like to stand back up and start running sometimes. That’s a good habit to be in!
Yep, we’ve seen that before!

I watch mike all the time. I don't hunt but I learn from them and appreciate the reasoning for eat what you kill.
I'm trying to decide to put in again. I'm 82 and still love the hunt. December Black Powder, it's so cold and a lot of work. Love your Videos.
That was the calmest Elk I have ever seen after getting shot at, especially getting hit in the horn. Mike must have meant to do that😉
Did you notice his limp, I think that kept him from going crazy fast
@@gethushin a good possibility but even the cows were pretty calm about the whole thing, always something new to be seen and experienced!

To each their own man, find a pack you like in your price range and keep comments like this to yourself ✌️
What signal booster you use in this video on your phone?
How much meat did you get off that bad leg? Did it get shot?
What caliber/bullet did u use?
More of a sniping video than a hunting video I’d say
Glad you put that poor guy out of his misery.
What caliber and rifle did he use to kill that bull ?
The caliber is 30-378 Weatherby. The rifle is a Weatherby Vanguard. You can watch them shoot the rifles on this video ruclips.net/video/cqcGhSuWqzs/видео.html
Do rifle hunters not have to wear orange anymore?
