    Pigeons are amazing and beautiful when you study them and each and every single one is different..........They are so funny to watch too when they strut about or looking to mate......Many many years ago i done an oil painting group of 5 or 6 Pigeons on a window sill all with different poses - it sold the same day i put it in the gallery for sale - that was a nice surprise.

    I wish it were the authors of the cartoons who would decide on the winning captions in The New Yorker Caption Contest. The "showtime" caption was excellent for the mouse cartoon.

    Today I learned Canadians say "sorry" so much that The Apology Act was passed in 2009, declaring that an apology can't be used as evidence of admission of guilt.

      Have you not heard the description of pigeons as "rats with feathers" ? If not, you are out of the vermin loop.

      @@curtisdaniel9294, yes, I’ve heard that. Humans have impinged on the natural habitat of birds like pigeons and gulls, so that some people have decided to call them vermin, but that doesn’t make it true.
