Great lesson, my friend! I was still in the Navy when this came out and loved it. Strangely, I dont remember ever playing it in all my years of playing..should have though..maybe soon!! Every time I see a red SG it reminds me of the LP jr..60's model that I bought from another sailor around 72-73. Paid him 75 bucks for it. Single P90 and a volumn and tone control. Didnt know what I had. Traded it fo an Electra MPC Paul style guitar around 77. Thought the jr wasnt a hot guitar because it only had one pickup. Man, was I ever foolish!! Been kicking myself ever since. Id sure make it wail now!!..lol. Guess you live and learn. Great vid, my good friend!
75 bucks! Dang what a deal!. I bought a used Les Paul Deluxe that was an amazing sounding axe! It was stolen from our van one night after a practice session. Never really got over losing that one!
