I did this on SMTV, on Hard difficulty, and I loved it. There is so much skill expression in the way you build your demons, specially in later parts of the game, that it wasn't a only challenge but also a cool way to play.
how to Lucifer no damage step 1: get +1 press turn icon from amala, get pierce + iron claw or hell fang on all your demons, get pierce + frei on demi fiend. make sure your whole demon line up nullifies fire, ice and charm step 2: 2x taunt, 3x taru step 3: Lucy has to use mabufudyne, evil gleam or prominence, if he uses anything else, you reset step 4: taru, focus with all 4 party members step 5: see step 3 again step 6: attack at lv255 40 str frei will do 20 thousand damage on a crit. iron claw crits will be a bit weaker but still hit for 14-15 thousand. with all crits, Lucifer will take around 64k damage and you'll still have 4 half turns and 1 full press turn left over to do non focused attacks and get a kill on him. the only issue here is iron claw/hell fang (they're the same stats but different demons get them) without sukukaja advantage has a very low hit rate. you might be better off using debilitates to guarantee it hits but that means you have to go through another round of Lucifer possibly hitting you and that's not ideal.

This is why enemies with Dekaja are annoying as hell. Take age to kill without buff.

afaik high king is almighty with a 100% hitrate so it’s completely impossible to do lucifer damageless
