This is so educational. I love the way he does a shorthop under the platform after connecting with shine so he can react to the tech option with double jump.

Every time he lands a shine under one of the side platforms, instead of wavedashing in place or commiting to the platform, he does shine>empty shorthop so that he can react to their DI and platform tech option without committing to anything. If they don't land on the platform he can just fastfall and chase them, but if they tech or do a getup attack he can see their option while he's still safe under the plat, and react without having to go through jumpsquat.
If someone wants to know how to combo send them this video. These long strings can really show you how players position themselves in combos to cover multiple options. Hard to get 8 hit combos on reads alone. Great series concept that differs from a combo video I suppose in lack of editing and no focus on “coolness”
4:12 - He delays when he hits the down air here to stop the Fox from getting an SDI input. Good SDI here would put the fox back on stage, but the delay Mang0 does here makes it almost impossible to time right.

@@lunar_melee just for future reference, there's a feature on clippi where you can specify the tag of the person you want the combos from. So they won't pull the opponents combos if they're also playing falco
