This is so beautiful that I almost cannot handle the intense skill and emotion with which this angel is playing. Roman is not human, he is angelic! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I've always loved this piece of Coste's since it first came out in Chanterelle Publications, about 30 years back, and I love your performance of it. Many wonderful things here, not the least of which is you willingness to slow down and take the expressive and tonal details of many phrases fully on, instead of always hurrying through them to the next, as, regrettably, so many do.
I don't know why this is called "sur un motif de Rossini". I think the theme is undoubtedly by Bellini - famous Aria out of "Il Pirata" which begins "Tu vedrai la sventurata"
guitaropro motif like "introduction and variation of motif of "la traviatta" by Tárrega. Motif is a lil stract of a piece. Like based in...Napoleón Coste based this piece in a lil stract of an aria by Rossini.
Well shit....that's almost as bad as me playing the "reader's digest" version of "Carulli's" Rondo, for 20 yrs. out of the Noad book, then buying "Carcassi in Tabulature", and seeing it in there. I called Mel Bay to tell them they screwed up....cuz my teacher spoke so highly of Noad and his books... then my damn head was spinning for about a yr.!!! (when i found out that Mel Bay was right and Noad was wrong) My teachers really don't want me talking about this... This shit is just ridiculous, they need to go thru and fix all these fuck ups! for real! I was just sight reading this thing last week thinking it was Rossini.... damn...

God takes guitar lessons from this miraculous man!
Superb, exquisite. I still can't believe it's possible.
Thank you
An amazing artist.
Fantastic classical guitar playing. This guitarist is a true virtuoso.
Really impressive. I am amazed how well harmonics are performed, as well as intention and stress. Amazing technic.

I'm amazed at how good guitar players are getting. Much better than when I was young, at least in my opinion.
Well Done! Besides technical virtuosity, the fun and excitement of the guitar is well played!
Superb !
Awesome!!!
Roman needs a new shirt . That striped one is everywhere lol .Great playing as always.
Can't tell the difference between the camouflage shirt and the strings.
Maybe if he just wore one that fit him.

Great mistake by Mr Coste himself.
The Theme IS NOT BY ROSSINI but BY BELLINI. It is "Ma non fia sempre odiata" from Il Pirata.
