I like your video, it was comprehensive and clearly understood as far as private equity vs venture capital, now my problem is, I have an business idea based on real estate development: commercial/residential.
I manage most of my family's and inter family properties and the idea is how to raise funds for the prime properties for commercial construction, the current project cost is 10cr but I need the funds with lower interest rate @ 3 to 3.5 maximum and 2 years as zero year for the construction to complete and kick start the business, I think a more personal interaction with you would be appreciated.

Trying to open a 80 cover veg restaurant on Bangalore high road, 20 km away from Chennai, Almost everything is ready like interiors and furnitures, 150 pack party hall with 30 parkings. Invested 3 crores already, now waiting for funds to get started. I needed 30 lakhs, for inauguration, where I m stuck currently. No where to get any funding looks like.
