Love love Silo! Had dinner there in November 2015 when visiting Brighton. Amazing everything on the menu. So surprised and happy to see this video!

Such a cool video. I'm interested in this wonderful restaurant. I hope one day I will be able to visit the place. In Japan, knotweed is a kind of wild vegetables and it is eaten all over Japan especially in the spring when it is softer.

+katy yun Thanks for your kind words. That's fascinating to hear about the knotweed. How do people cook and eat it?

Thank you for your kind reply, Rosie! We cook the knotweed just as you cook vegetables, for example salad, fried dishes, and like they do in Silo ,we make jam from it.

That is a great idea, but I was so distracted by the huge Conover hair do. 🤔

He is never telling us how much water it takes to empty the chamber.?? A dehydrator makes a great material to add to a compost pile or send back to the farm that they buy there vegetable's from. This green thinking . Not flushing it down the drain . With gallons of good water
