- I’ve been so thrilled that a NEW zero waste & refill/ bulk food store has opened up in Brooklyn! Maison Jar has become my one stop shop for bulk food items, snacks, home goods, cleaning supplies, bathrooms supplies and more. This adorable store definitely has that picturesque zero waste store vibe.
They have also really thought about everything from package free frozen fruit and loose spices, to household supplies and plastic free tofu. They've made it easy for first timers, to pick up a glass jar, or brown bag to get some goodies home without creating more waste.
If you're in Greenpoint you must check out this new zero waste bulk food store. Hopefully we will see more of these stores opening up to make it more accessible for everyone to have options for local, organic, or package free items - and live more sustainably.

I can’t wait to visit! This is stunning. I wish there was a store like this in crown/Prospect heights!
Have you been to LaNature yet?
I have not actually but have heard of it!!
If you're ever around Soho, Harney and Sons will also tare out your own container for looseleaf tea.
thank you! i'll have to check them out
If you ever make it out to Portland OR you should check out The Realm Refillery, it’s a fully vegan refillery!
I haven't! But I'll save it and definitely check it out if i'm there - thank you!
The camera is being moved too quickly. It is hard on the eyes and we cannot see the items on the shelves.
thank you I definitely need to work on filming skills!
Totally agreed!
Idk if you knew but for vegan products the farmers use more chemicals against critters /bugs bc the plants tend to attract more of em
Please tell me more about these non-vegan plants farmers are growing 🫠
