I love Lisa! I've watched her for a couple of years and I really like her simple, down to earth approach to make-up. She seems so genuine.

In the villages you’ll learn that anything on a pond, on the golf course, on the preserve increases the price. Location, location, location. Plus house didn’t need any upgrades. Prices have gone crazy since they started building across 44. Seems the new villagers will pay more than us that moved here years ago.
I literally cheered out loud when Lisa had you put the blush on your beautiful cheeks! I don't know where this absurd idea came from that "mature" women should put blush on their temples, you don't walk into a room sideways! YES it looks cute because it looks younger! You looked fabulous with the blush on your CHEEKS! Go back and look at yourself in the video and you will be converted. Thanks for another great video Kimberly.

Prices are overinflated everywhere. I feel people are really kinda greedy right now 😮. IMO, those sellers missed the boat on the timeframe when they could have got those inflated prices. Im in the market and waiting for the prices to fall, which they will. I hope, I hope 😊

So much fun to have a great friend come visit. Three day rule is always where I am when visiting. Lisa's home sounds like a great rebuild and she will be so happy that she did it. As a NY area Realtor I will tell you all of the homes are overpriced and with limited inventory people are spending way too much right now. I was totally agreeing with the million dollar homes down there, the interiors weren't that high end to warrant that price. Sorry I see it everyday. As for the boat ride it reminded me of Caddo Lake in TX, lots of the same scenery. So nice to see both of you and glad that you are loving The Villages

I live in the villages and really enjoy your channel. The prices of homes have gone up in the villages as well as everywhere. I think the homes are similar and expensive but the lifestyle is unique and there is so much to do here. If you haven’t been here it’s hard to explain. Thanks for the video!!

I live in Florida, Treasure coast, and I felt the homes you showed were over priced for the size, and landscape. I would never pay 700,000 to 1.2M for those 2 homes.

I’m in the Tampa area. Every home is overpriced now it seems. Combine that with high property taxes and Homeowners insurance. It’s a mess. I’m looking to get out of Florida.

I live in Jupiter, FL and they were bargains to me … my brother lives in the villages and built his house on a lake around 2011 . It has skyrocketed to well over a million, but it’s basically private, has a pond / lake view and lots of extras that they keep adding . I couldn’t buy his house for under 2.5 where l live . It’s location location location l think . But l do think that the FL bubble is going to burst soon .
So glad that you have a good friendship! As women our relationships with friends is so much more precious as we get older.
It great having good girl friends you can talk together about everything and if you have differences of opinions you help each other to learn about another point of view 👍

Hi, just to note, I also live in the Villages and go to Lake Okahumka - pets are not allowed on the back side/boardwalk area of the rec center - just FYI. There is a path off Meggison (near the St. John's mailboxes) you can walk you pet :)

Have worn it twice and of course I use the Loreal eyelash primer first. It’s been a makeup staple for a long time. I also like Jones Road balm. I’m in TV and there are furnished models across the street from me in TV of Newell. It’s off Meggisson to Wettstein and right on McKnight loop. They all have signs in front but I think you need a realtor unless there is an open house.
Everything in Florida is overpriced. I live up here where Hurricane Michael went through in 2018. I am 6 miles from the gulf of Mexico. Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach and Port St. Joe are in this area. The homes here are so expensive. I am 32 miles from Panama City. I found you last week and have binged watched you for days. I signed up for your Sunday morning news letter but as of today have not received it. I will be 75 in 13 days. Since retiring I have become a couch potato and my legs are in terrible shape. You are such an inspiration. Part of my problem is I am so unhappy and my depression is so bad. I wish I lived near you so I could come visit and pour out my soul. Loved these homes and yours is so nice. Enjoying this cooler weather.
Very steep prices. You can buy a home in Destin, FL which is close to the beaches and not pay nearly as much.

Well knowing what a house like that would go for in Miami it's all relative so while the houses look expensive they're all relative to the location plus all of the established neighborhood, amenities and lifestyle that you get living at the Villages figures in

The Jones Road blush looks pretty on both of you. Gives a healthy look. As far as the open houses, although they are clean and beautiful, I do agree prices are too high. I would wait to buy because the way things are going I think housing prices are starting to come down and may continue to decrease. It's hard to say. Also regarding the Airboat Tour, I loved the sign that says "Send more tourists. The last one's were delicious." So funny. Thank you for taking the time to make this great video. I enjoyed it.
That floor is tile not vinyl. It looks beautiful like that, but I wouldn't do that design in a smaller space.
