How to water based ink rope dipping?

Product type and characteristic:
1,translucent,PH value is 7.0±0.5
2,XG-38A soft dipping;XG-38R very soft dipping;XG-38H very hard dipping;XG-38M matte top coating;XG-38S glossy top coating;
3,It qualifies the standard of Formaldehyde, heavy metals, o-benzene MRSL
4,It needs to bake in a low temperature for rope dipping,because the curing agent is for slow drying,also it can guarantee the surface won’t sticky after dipping well.
5,We suggest to use XG-313short time curing agent for manual dipping,the operation time is 4-8 hours;XG-319 for machine dipping, the handling operation can reach 36-72 hours.
6,To enhance the surface effect for top dipping with 38M matte ink or 38S glossy ink after all ropes dipping finishing. This can be also for anti-stick.
How to water based ink rope dipping?
1,Soak 1 time clear with XG-38A soft dipping ink and 1% XG-319 long time curing agent,after 1 minute,shake the shelf to make the water based ink flow evenly,cut the rope head after drying.
2,Soak 2 times with XG-38A and 1% XG-319 long time curing agent and 5% water based pigment.(Please soak the rope after the surface dry each time)
3,Glossy effect: soak 1 time with XG-38S glossy rope dipping water based ink and 2% XG-319 long time curing agent.
4,Matte effect:soak 1 time with XG-38M matte rope dipping water based ink and 2% XG-319 long time curing agent.
Notice:Need to shake left and right after soaking 1 minute to make the water based ink flowing evenly,then heat and bake the surface dry with the temp 60-80 degree,after that, we can soak the next time.
