Actually LOVE the mugs with the blue surf! We here in NJ often have a green tint to the ocean water...not often, only in really stormy weather! LOVE YOUR PIECES!!! Thanks

Green ocean water is definitely a better option than green lake water!! Around me, it's mostly lakes, so green water is just gross! Hopefully someone will still see the beauty and want to buy them.🤣

Lucky Mud--- I'm shocked that only 94 people followed this kiln opening! You have some marvelous results-- their loss.- I am a Granite Stater--now retired to the Sunshine State--- No more frozen pipes and -30 on the back porch thermometer! UNH grad. too!

Thank you so much! With all of the snow and cold we have right now, I can understand the desire to relocate to the Sunshine State!!

Very nice work and great video - especially how you describe application of the glazes. As someone who is just starting out its incredibly helpful! Thanks so much for sharing!

Thank you so much for talking about the details of each piece - how made and glazed and products used.

Hello New Hampshire great opening. So many Yummy combos. Your last piece is amazing. And your state pieces rock. I'm thinking that your Cardinal and
Birches state pieces go first. Let me know. Best of luck at your sale.

You are correct! They were snatched up very quickly today! It was a very successful, first event.

Wow. I LOVE your pots as well as the glaze combos!! I did notice that you used seaweed on the inside of a few pieces and I literally just found out yesterday that it isn’t food safe. Just an fyi. The last piece is just amazing. Love that combo. Always trying to find combos for flat pieces with texture!!

All the cups and mugs were thrown in this kiln load. I do occasionally hand build mugs and cups.

Ok so I checked the info for the seaweed glaze and it says there are only two amaco potters choice glazes that aren’t food safe so I guess seaweed is fine. I have a big red x on several of my glaze bottles because I was told at one time they weren’t food safe but I was wrong. I really wanted to use it yesterday on several pieces but didn’t! I really wish I had looked into it further. Sorry about that.

I hate when that happens! It's tough when you hear the wrong information somewhere and only find out, after the fact, that it's incorrect. Happily, you can start using Seaweed again! 😂
